How are prints produced?
The target production spec is Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm or an equivalent museum-grade fine art paper with archival pigment inks. Final local production or POD details are confirmed before live fulfilment.
How are prints shipped?
Print-only orders are expected to ship in reinforced tubes. Framed options are paused until supplier, pricing, and crush-resistant packaging are confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time depends on size, production route, and shipping destination. Final timing is confirmed before fulfilment.
What happens if a print arrives damaged?
Email contact@photocrv.es with the order reference and photos of the packaging and item as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Damage and defect cases are reviewed before replacement or other resolution.
Can I return a made-to-order print?
Fine art prints are produced to order. Returns may be limited where legally permitted, but this does not affect mandatory consumer rights or claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods.
Can I request a custom print?
Yes. Send your request to contact@photocrv.es with the image name, preferred size, and location.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Orders go through checkout without creating a customer account. Stripe Checkout will handle payment once the payment flow is active.
How does payment work?
Stripe Checkout is the target payment flow. Until the Stripe account, production rules, and fulfilment path are fully active, each checkout request is reviewed before payment is requested.
Do you use cookies?
No analytics or advertising cookies have been identified in the current codebase. See the Cookie Policy. If analytics, pixels, or marketing tools are added later, cookie consent must be reviewed before activation.
What is still pending before live sales?
Stripe live mode, seller legal identity, tax details, production partner, packaging, shipping areas, delivery estimates, and framed print pricing must be confirmed before opening normal public checkout.
