PhotoCRV manages this website and order requests through contact@photocrv.es. Full commercial identification, tax details, and business address must be completed before opening live sales.

Data We Process

When you contact PhotoCRV or use checkout, we process only the information required to respond to your request and manage print orders.

• Name, email address, and optional phone.
• Shipping country, city or region, optional address, and postcode.
• Artwork, size, format, quantity, and notes you choose to share.

Purpose and Legal Basis

Data is used to answer enquiries, prepare order requests, coordinate payment, review production feasibility, manage shipping, and handle support. The legal basis is your request before a contract, fulfilment of an order when payment is completed, legal obligations where applicable, and legitimate interest for customer support and fraud prevention.

Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. When Stripe Checkout is active, payment and billing data required to process payment is handled by Stripe. Production or shipping partners may receive only the information required to fulfil the order. The site currently loads external assets such as Google Fonts, jsDelivr/GSAP, social links, and Adobe Portfolio iframe content when gallery pages use it.

Retention

Request data is kept only as long as needed to answer the enquiry, manage the order, handle support, and comply with legal or accounting duties if a sale is completed. Test orders must not be mixed with real customer orders.

Cookies

No analytics or advertising scripts have been identified in the current site code. See the Cookie Policy. This must be reviewed again before adding analytics, pixels, embedded marketing tools, or a newsletter platform.

Your Rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection by writing to contact@photocrv.es. If you are in the EU, you may also contact your data protection authority.
